  • Can you wash just one side of my house instead of the entire home?
    We always recommend cleaning the entire exterior for the best results and to maintain a uniform appearance. Spot-cleaning or partial jobs can leave behind noticeable lines and contrast, making your home look unfinished. Our full-service clean ensures your home shines evenly from every angle.
  • What is the green stuff growing on the side of my house?
    That green residue is typically algae or mildew, common in warm, humid climates like ours. It can grow quickly on siding, especially in shaded or damp areas. Regular soft washing not only removes it but also helps prevent it from returning.
  • Will pressure washing damage my paint or siding?
    Not when it’s done correctly. We use soft washing techniques — low pressure combined with safe, effective solutions — to clean surfaces without causing damage. It’s powerful enough to remove buildup, but gentle on your home.
  • How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
    We recommend at least twice a year — typically in the spring and fall. If your home is surrounded by trees or you experience frequent storms, more frequent cleanings may be needed to prevent clogs and water damage.
  • Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
    Yes, we use specialized degreasers to treat oil stains. While fresh stains often lift completely, older or set-in stains may lighten significantly but not disappear entirely. We do everything we can to achieve the best result.
  • Do you offer fence staining and sealing?
    We do! Whether you need a fresh look or added protection from weathering, our team can clean, stain, and seal your fence for longer-lasting beauty and durability.
  • Can I book just one service, or do I need to be part of the Yearly Maintenance Plan?
    You can absolutely book individual services! However, our Yearly Maintenance Plan offers priority scheduling, discounted add-ons, and ongoing care — it’s a great way to take exterior upkeep off your to-do list for good.
  • Do I need to be home for you to complete the service?
    In most cases, no. As long as we have access to the areas being serviced and pets are secured, we can take care of your property while you go about your day. We'll send before-and-after photos and a service summary when we're done.
  • What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
    Soft washing uses low pressure and a special cleaning solution — ideal for delicate surfaces like roofs and siding. Pressure washing uses high-powered water, great for tough concrete and brick cleaning. We choose the method that’s safest and most effective for your specific job.
  • Do you offer services for rental or investment properties?
    Yes! We work with landlords, property managers, and investors to maintain curb appeal and keep properties market-ready. Ask us about multi-property discounts or custom maintenance packages.
  • Do you offer bundled or yearly service plans?
